**Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions. and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and problem resolution.
**Qualification and Skills:

- Freshers to 1 Yrs experience with good communication experience.
- You are very fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service/ Support: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Fluent English (preferred)
