**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in an R&D environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D design.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create new products that meet consumer needs, in coordination with design, sales, and site engineers for product upgrades
- Contributing towards the planning, execution and monitoring of testing a product
- Redesigning and refining existing products.
- Collaborate with other departments to discuss product concepts and ideas.
- Carrying out market research to analyze similar products and their functions
- Understanding the marketing requirements of a product
- Testing prototypes for functionality and longevity
- Creating engineering plans for new products
- Gain experience in tooling and operations sequencing, in coordination with the production team.

Pay: ₹190,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
