_We have a new opportunity for a Powder Coating Supervisor to join an established manufacturer of large-scale, sports equipment based in Meerut. The role will involve overseeing the planning, development and output of the powder coating Department._
- This is a permanent role working on a Day/Night shift._

**Role Description**:

- _Responsible for powder coating operatives._
- _Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time._
- _Ensure products meet quality standards._
- _Stock Control._
- _Manage production schedules of both shifts._
- _Resolve any customer issues._
- _Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily._

**Skills & Attributes**:

- _2-3 years of Demonstrable Experience in powder coating manufacturing._
- _Management/Supervisor qualification or experience._
- _Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively._
- _Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
