We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Marketing Executive** to join our sales team. This role involves a combination of sales strategy, client relationship management, and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and proposing customized lighting solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring the brand's values and quality are well represented.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities, leveraging this knowledge in sales strategy.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on sales activities and progress.
- Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Availability to travel across the designated territory.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
