**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively reach out to potential clients in the local area through field visits, networking, cold calls, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and effectively pitch digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing team to create proposals and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to the management.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or similar fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital services like SEO, social media, Google Ads, websites, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be comfortable with local travel and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
