Urgent requirement for the Female Sales Manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize room and event bookings.
- Identify market trends, target audiences, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and set targets for rooms and event sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, event planners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase hotel rooms and event spaces.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Promote and sell hotel rooms for both individual bookings and group reservations.
- Negotiate room rates and packages to meet both client expectations and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the front desk and reservations team to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction.
- Sell and coordinate events such as conferences, weddings, meetings, and special occasions.
- Understand clients’ event needs and provide customized proposals to meet their budget and requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments (catering, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and special offers to boost sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance, revenue generation, and customer feedback.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future offerings and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the property and build partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, brochures, and social media outreach.
- Work closely with the event management team, catering, and operations to ensure client expectations are met.
- Address any client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide post-event or post-stay follow-ups to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
