IT Executive

**Job Summary**:
The IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related functions. This role involves coordinating with various departments to identify their IT needs, implementing and managing systems, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. The IT Executive will also play a crucial role in strategic planning for technology advancements and ensuring that IT practices align with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
- Ensure system stability, security, and performance through regular monitoring and updates.
- **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide technical support to staff and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Manage and track IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- **System Implementation and Upgrades**:

- Plan and execute the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Coordinate software and hardware upgrades, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and services to enhance IT capabilities.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new systems and technology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- **Experience**: Two years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing IT systems and support.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with IT security practices and data protection.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
