**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CCTV Installation & Configuration**: Install and configure IP and analog CCTV systems, including NVRs, cameras, and network-related devices.
- **Cabling**: Perform structured cabling for small installations, such as residential properties and small offices.
- **VDP Installation & Configuration**: Install and set up video door phones (IP & analog).
- **Access Point Installation & Configuration**: Set up and configure access points for network security.
- **Alarm System Installation & Configuration**: Install and configure alarm systems, with a willingness to learn if not already proficient.
- **Home Automation**: Install and configure smart home automation systems (training provided if needed).
- **Low Voltage Electronic Devices**: Install and maintain various low voltage electronic security devices.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**: Diagnose and resolve issues related to security system installations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and guidelines during installation and maintenance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in **CCTV installation** (IP & analog) and **configuration** (NVR, cameras, network devices).
- Knowledge of **cabling for small installations** (residential & small offices).
- Experience with **VDP installation & configuration** (IP & analog).
- Proficiency in **access point installation & configuration**.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn **alarm system installation & configuration**.
- Interest in learning **home automation** and related security technologies.
- Familiarity with **low-voltage electronic devices**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **learning attitude** and willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Good **communication skills** and ability to interact with clients professionally.
- High **integrity and honesty** in handling security-related projects.
- **Safety-first mindset** with adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **security system installation** or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in **home automation systems** is an advantage.
- Prior experience in **alarm system setup and troubleshooting** is preferred.
- Knowledge of **networking and IP configuration** is beneficial.
