Role Overview

We are seeking a Network & Security Systems Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in communications engineering or a related field. The role requires someone who can not only handle technical implementation but also guide technicians, interact with clients, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, fiber solutions, and Wi-Fi setups
  • Oversee deployment of CCTV and security systems
  • Provide technical guidance to technicians during installations and maintenance
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain documentation of projects and solutions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering / Electronics / IT (or diploma with strong experience)
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in networking and security systems
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, fiber optics, and CCTV systems
  • Ability to mentor and guide technicians
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
