**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely updates and reports on hiring progress.
- Work on multiple hiring assignments independently and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house, agency, or freelance).
