Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, cybersecurity, network engineering, etc.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top IT talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential information

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
