Location: Wadala East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Tele calling / Sales/ Customer Service

**Salary**: 15,000 to 18,000 per month

Gender**:Female Only**

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Employment Type: Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make 80 100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers.
- Present company products and services in a conversational, non-scripted manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow ups.
- Log and track customer interactions, feedback, and follow up activities in Excel sheets.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between interested customers and the sales manager.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and support requests.

**Qualifications Skills**
- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Must reside within 1 hour of Wadala East, Mumbai.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Confident and clear telephone etiquette.
- Organized self-driven, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a focus on follow through and results.
- Stable career history (no frequent job hopping.
