**Job Title**: Logic / ERP Warehouse / Inventory Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities:Inventory & Warehouse Management**:

- Maintain end-to-end inventory across multiple warehouses and counters using **Logic ERP**.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure real-time updates in the system to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Oversee inbound (GRN) and outbound stock processes including dispatches, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with Logic ERP data.
- Track product shelf life, MRP batches, expiry dates, and ensure FIFO is followed.

**ERP Operations (Logic ERP)**:

- Ensure all transactions (stock-in, stock-out, transfers, adjustments) are properly recorded in **Logic ERP**.
- Generate and maintain stock reports, sales vs stock data, and inventory health reports through the system.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams to ensure accurate invoicing and billing via Logic ERP.
- Update item masters, rate lists, vendor/customer profiles, and price configurations in the system.

**Logistics & Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate with delivery partners and transporters for smooth execution of B2B and B2C orders.
- Prepare pick lists, packing slips, and dispatch labels through Logic ERP.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries across e-commerce, modern trade, and general trade.

**Returns & Claims Handling**:

- Process customer returns and product claims, and update Logic ERP with accurate entries.
- Segregate and report damaged, expired, or short/extra stock items.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Share daily/weekly reports on stock status, slow-moving items, near-expiry inventory, and reorder alerts.
- Provide stock consumption analysis for planning promotions and production.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory/warehouse roles, ideally in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharma.
- **Hands-on experience with Logic ERP** is a must.
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Knowledge of cosmetic product handling, packaging, and batch management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
