Spa Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Trainer. The Spa Trainer will be responsible for creating and conducting training programs and workshops to enhance the skills of therapists and estheticians. The Spa Trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback. The role involves collaborating with the management and the operations team to ensure the delivery ofexcellent customer service. QualificationsExperience as a Spa Trainer or similar roleExpertise in spa therapies, esthetics, and bodyworksFamiliarity with training methodologies and learning management systemsStrong presentation and facilitation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team and collaborate with othersCertification in Spa Therapies, Esthetics or Bodyworks is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, or related field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
