**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-depth training on skin anatomy, skincare products, and facial treatments.
- Provide onboarding training for new hires and ongoing development sessions for existing staff.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and technologies.
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for product launches.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Support retail partners or franchise outlets with staff training, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, dermatology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in skincare training, beauty education, or as a senior aesthetician.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and skincare treatments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners in a professional setting.
- Flexibility to travel locally or regionally for training sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with luxury skincare brands or in a clinical setting.
- Certification as a trainer or in adult education is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage (depending on the region).

Pay: ₹9,310.25 - ₹47,832.57 per month
