**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design & prepare institutional (salons & spas) educational material, training modules & programs
- Conduct pre-sales demos, post-sales training, and Aminu Days in salons & spas in the designated region
- Create educational content - blogs, videos, etc. for Aminu’s branding activities
- Ideate and execute marketing initiatives focused on the salon industry in consultation with the management team
- Keep the management updated on similar product launches, competition, and market developments
- Support and mentor therapists, and managers in the assigned salons
- Overall, maintain a positive image and recall AMINU as a brand

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Confident
- Fast-learner
- Experience in the cosmetic or skincare industry
- Can travel in the south side of India for demos and trainings
- CIDESCO certified is a plus

**Location: Bangalore - on site work**

**Timings: 10AM TO 7PM**

**Working days: Monday to Saturday**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
