**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious experience for clients visiting the jewellery house. The role involves client engagement, hospitality, and handling inquiries while maintaining the brand’s prestige and values.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement & Experience**:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist clients in understanding the brand, products, and services.
- Provide personalized attention and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer comfort, offering refreshments and assistance as needed.
**Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Assist sales executives by facilitating smooth customer interactions.
- Maintain client records and preferences for personalized follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to enhance the customer journey.
**Hospitality & Ambience Management**:
- Ensure the store maintains a premium, welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor cleanliness, fragrance, lighting, and overall aesthetics of the showroom.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless store operations.
**Administrative & Operational Support**:
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain guest logs and appointment schedules.
- Support store events, VIP visits, and client engagement initiatives.
**Brand Representation & Communication**:
- Uphold the brand’s values, ethos, and luxury service standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-end retail environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
