**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Welcoming Visitors**: Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed appropriately.
- **Client Handling**: Providing excellent client service and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- **Administrative Support**: Typing memos, meeting minutes, letters, reports, and other content as needed.
- **Mail Management**: Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching mail and packages.
- **Calendar Management**: Scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- **Managing Office Inventory**: Monitoring office supplies and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
- **Event Coordination**: Assisting with organizing internal and external events, including setting up conference rooms.
- **Managing Inquiries**: Handling member inquiries and reservations, ensuring quality service at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Office software** including Excel and MS-Word.
- Excellent **communication and organizational skills**.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- **Strong client-handling skills** and experience in managing inquiries.
