**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Retention Marketing Executive** to help keep customers engaged and returning. You’ll analyze customer behavior, run campaigns, and use data to improve loyalty and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:
✔ **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field**; Master’s degree is a plus. ✔ **1+ years** of experience in **CRM or retention marketing**. ✔ Strong **analytical skills** and understanding of customer behavior. ✔ Familiarity with **marketing automation tools and CRM systems**. ✔ **Creative and strategic thinking** to boost engagement.

**Preferred Skills**:
➕ Experience with **A/B testing** and customer segmentation. ➕ Knowledge of **e-commerce or subscription-based businesses**. ➕ Proficiency in **analytics tools** like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Tableau, and Google Analytics.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
