**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Associate - FlexiEle HRMS

**Location**: Bangalore

**Position Type**: Full-Time

Our cutting-edge technology empowers organizations to streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and drive business success. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Associate.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Through market research and various channels such as social media, industry events, and online platforms to generate leads.

2. **Client Interaction**: Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their HRMS needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

3. **Follow-up and Conversion**: Implement a structured follow-up, Address client queries and concerns, providing relevant information and solutions and try to convert leads into successful deals.

4. **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.

**Requirements**:
1. bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

5. Comfortable using technology and software tools for presentations and communication.

6. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

**Benefits**:

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
