**Role Description**

This is a **full-time Associate Instructional Designer role located on-site in Virugambakkam, Chennai.**

**Experience: 2 to 3 years (eLearning), Immediate joiners only.**

**Work Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai**

Pay Scale: 48000 Max per month

We are looking for an **Associate - Instructional Designer** with the following skills:

- Understand the 70:20:10 learning model
- Proficiency in Instructional design theories and models
- Problem-solving abilities, like lateral thinking, design thinking
- Aware of existing technology platforms used in e-learning
- Exposure to mobile learning, scenario-based learning
- Reviewing source content to define learning objectives
- Structuring source content into a logical model
- Write detailed storyboards
- Identifying appropriate design approaches, quantifying the appropriate learner time
- Design and develop rich ILT/VILT content and assets for a global audience
- Working closely with client SMEs as and when required
- Identifying how and where to use graphics, audio, video, and animation to achieve the required effect within the design approach
- Create supporting content that may include video, photos, audio, tests, quizzes, and interactive WBTs

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **2 to 3 years of direct experience in designing training content to include eLearning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.**:

- **Basic Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.**:

- Solid management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working under tight timelines, and delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree, industry certifications, or equivalent experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or a similar field.
- **A work sample demonstrating your experience and skill using course authoring tools and instructional design theory will be required as part of the hiring process.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹190,832.62 - ₹982,381.13 per year
