Receptionist Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and clients in a warm, professional manner; manage sign-ins and direct to appropriate personnel.
- Operate a multi-line phone system, quickly routing calls or taking accurate messages.
- Handle outgoing mail, courier pickups/drop-offs, and internal delivery logistics.
- Maintain office supplies: monitor stocks, order replacements, and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage shared spaces (conference rooms, pantry, reception area): scheduling, tidiness, basic upkeep.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks: tracking invoices, expense records, petty cash reconciliation.
- roficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace or office management tools a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
