Vehicle tracking systems are **commonly used by fleet operators for fleet management functions such as fleet tracking, routing, dispatching, driving behavior, on-board information and security**. Some vehicle tracking systems are bundled with or interface with fleet management software.

Job Profile:

- Optimised route planning
- Employee dispatching and job scheduling
- Driving behaviour monitoring, particularly unsafe driving and unnecessary idling
- Fuel usage tracking
- Vehicle maintenance scheduling
- Regulatory compliance features
- Road accident analysis and reporting
- Vehicle security measures, including geofencing alerts (alerts that ping when a vehicle is taken out of its expected operating area)

Preparation of MIS Report.
- Securely store driver records.
- Plans and sets fleet-level targets.
- Multiple tasks executed using ERP.
- Manage drivers’ run time and behavior.
- Daily tracking of vehicles through GPS/Cell Phone.
- Ensure that drivers follow their designated working hours.
- Direct daily operations, functions & movement of vehicles.
- Report fleet performance to upper management.
- Vehicle performance monitoring, record keeping and improvement.
- Monitoring, correcting, and improving driving behaviors and operations.
- Preparing vehicle activity report and analyzing performance of each vehicle.
- Oversee and schedule vehicle inspection and servicing to minimize downtime.
- Organize and prepare the vehicle schedule and documentation such as DOCKETS, PRQ and THC.

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 4 years (preferred)
