Assist in implementing pricing strategies and revenue management initiatives across all hotel segments.
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and rates to ensure optimal distribution and yield.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
- Support the setup and maintenance of rates, packages, and promotions in PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms.
- Conduct competitive market research and benchmarking for pricing and positioning.
- Collaborate with reservations, sales, and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of revenue plans.
- Track booking pace, pickup reports, and demand forecasts to make recommendations.
- Assist in channel management to ensure accurate rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Generate daily revenue, occupancy, and forecast reports for management.
- Support the Revenue Manager in achieving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
