**Responsibilities**:

- Implement revenue management strategies to achieve targeted financial goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
- Monitor and adjust room rates and packages to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Utilize revenue management software and tools to forecast demand and occupancy accurately.
- Develop and present regular reports to showcase revenue performance and suggest actionable insights.
- Lead and participate in revenue meetings to discuss strategies, market dynamics, and upcoming opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits of reservations and bookings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide training and guidance to front-line staff to enhance revenue awareness and drive upselling.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually refine revenue management strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Knowledge of local and regional market dynamics in the hospitality industry.
