We're a creative digital marketing and web agency based out of Cochin. We help brands with their Branding, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Media Services. As we continue to expand our horizons, we are looking for a talented Content Strategist to join our team and lead our content and marketing efforts.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of comprehensive content strategies for clients that align with their business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and market landscape, and develop strategic content plans to address their needs.
- Oversee the content creation process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and impactful content across various digital channels.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the content and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct thorough content audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies for differentiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and digital media, and leverage insights to inform strategy development.
- Analyse content performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, presenting content strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports, and providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- 3-6 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, present strategies, and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Experience working with diverse clients across various industries and verticals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
