**Job Description: UX Designer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. User Research**: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

**2. Wireframes & Prototypes**: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

**3. Interface Design**:Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with the brand and product requirements.

**4. Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.

**5. Usability Testing**: Test designs for usability and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

**6. Design Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of design processes and standards.

**7. Stay Updated**:Keep up with industry trends, emerging tools, and UX/UI best practices to innovate and improve designs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Masters Prefered.

2. 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-based environment.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.

5. Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹21,100.00 per month
