We are looking for a talented Product & UI/UX Designer who can transform our software into intuitive, user-friendly products that delight our clients.

**Role Overview**:
As a Product & UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, from understanding user needs to crafting visually appealing interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance innovation with practical, effective solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Translate insights into wireframes, storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, and prototypes.
- Design and develop graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and interactive components.
- Build UI mock-ups and prototypes to clearly illustrate product functionality and look.
- Create original graphic designs and present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, making adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Ensure products are usable, accessible, and enjoyable for end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy and goals.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all digital products.

**Preferred Skills**

Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Design or related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and wire framing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Good understanding of colour, typography, layout, and interactive design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Experience Required - 2 plus years.**

- 5-7 LPA**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
