**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct thorough user research to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences, influencing design decisions.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
- **UI Design**: Create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with Matsio's brand guidelines and elevate the overall user experience.
- **UX Design**: Optimize user journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interaction throughout our digital products.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement and refine designs based on feedback and technical considerations.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, **Figma**, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,518.32 - ₹41,486.21 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
