**Responsibilities**:

- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and polish the user experience.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
- Minimum of **3+years** of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies to ensure technically feasible design concepts.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile app design.
- Knowledge of usability principles and best practices in user-centred design.
- Ability to conduct user research, create user personas, and perform usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and user empathy.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
