**Job Title: Retail Sales Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Showcase diamond jewelry pieces, providing detailed information about each product.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of diamond jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new arrivals, and promotions.

**4. Visual Merchandising**:

- Maintain an attractive and inviting store environment, ensuring effective visual merchandising and display.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create engaging displays and promotions.

**5. Administrative Tasks**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Graduate degree in any discipline

2. Experience: Prior sales experience in the Jewelry or retail industry is desirable, but not essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
