We are a fast-growing innerwear manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, comfortable, and affordable products. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Sourcing Executive** to join our team and streamline our raw material procurement and vendor management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for fabrics, trims, elastics, accessories, packaging materials, etc.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Source materials as per design and production requirements while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain vendor databases and build long-term supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams to ensure alignment on material requirements and specifications.
- Track inventory levels of raw materials and plan procurement accordingly.
- Analyze market trends for new materials and cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle documentation and compliance related to sourcing and procurement.
- Resolve supply issues, delays, and quality concerns with vendors proactively.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in **sourcing or procurement in the garments or têxtile industry** (innerwear experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessory sourcing.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and timelines effectively.
- Familiarity with garment production timelines and quality standards.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
- Prior experience working with a **garment manufacturer or exporter**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
