**Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Vice Principal**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Collaborating with the Principal on the formulation of policies and strategies for the College of Nursing.
- Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of nursing programs (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing).
- Supervising academic staff, allocating teaching responsibilities, and ensuring quality education.
- Participating in curriculum development and review processes.
- **Faculty Management**:

- Assisting in the recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty members.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to faculty.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
- **Student Affairs**:

- Ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for students.
- Overseeing student discipline and managing extracurricular activities.
- Mentoring students and addressing their academic and personal concerns.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Managing the annual admission process for academic programs.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies like INC and State Nursing Councils.
- Preparing reports on the progress of the academic year and strategic planning.
- Participating in college-level and university meetings.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
