**Job Title**:Principal/Principal Incharge & HOD/HOD Incharge - Law department**

**Location**: AMBEDKAR INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION, CHHITNAWA, DANAPUR, PATNA, 801503

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Principal/Principal Incharge)
₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (HOD/HOD Incharge)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: Minimum 10 years for Principal/Principal Incharge
Minimum 5 years for HOD/HOD Incharge

**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications for Law Principal**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- A Ph.D. in Law or equivalent in a relevant field is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities:Principal/Principal Incharge**:

- **Leadership & Management**:

- Oversee the overall academic and administrative functions of the institution.
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the achievement of institutional goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of education.
- **Faculty & Staff Development**:

- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of high-quality faculty and staff.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth.
- **Academic Excellence**:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality education and adherence to curriculum standards.
- Monitor student performance and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
- **Compliance & Accreditation**:

- Ensure the institution meets all regulatory requirements and maintains accreditation standards.
- Liaise with educational boards and accrediting bodies to ensure compliance.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the community.
- Represent the institution at various forums and events.

**HOD/HOD Incharge**:

- **Departmental Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the academic department, ensuring the delivery of quality education.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of departmental policies and programs.
- **Curriculum & Instruction**:

- Ensure that the curriculum is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards.
- Oversee the development of course materials and teaching methodologies.
- **Faculty Supervision**:

- Mentor and guide faculty members within the department.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
- **Student Support**:

- Monitor student progress and provide support to ensure academic success.
- Address student concerns and facilitate solutions.
- **Research & Development**:

- Encourage and support research activities within the department.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field.

**Requirements:Principal/Principal Incharge**:
