**Job Title**: Paramedical department (HOD In-Charge/Principal In-Charge)

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic and Teaching**:

- Lead and supervise the academic activities of the paramedical department.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures and practical training in medical laboratory technology.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on academic projects and research work.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
- Ensure quality education through effective curriculum planning and implementation.

**Administrative and Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the paramedical department.
- Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance, and departmental activities.
- Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with academic and healthcare regulations.
- Manage department budgets, resource allocation, and infrastructure requirements.
- Report to higher management and coordinate with other departments as needed.

- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Proficient in academic planning and resource management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards in paramedical education.

**Requirements**:

- MMLT (Master of Medical Laboratory Technology) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a (College Administrator, HOD, or Principal In-Charge).
- Age 35 years and above.
- Demonstrated experience in academic leadership and administration.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Danapur, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HOD incharge/ Principal incharge: 3 years (preferred)
