Nursing Principal

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Principal of our Nursing College. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and clinicalbackground in nursing, excellent leadership and management skills, and a passion forshaping the next generation of nursing professionals.

Responsibilities:

-Provide strategic leadership and vision for the nursing college

• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing programs and curricula

• Lead and manage a team of faculty members and staff

• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare industry partners andstakeholders

• Ensure compliance with RGUHS norms and regulations

• Manage budgets and resources effectively

• Promote research and scholarship among faculty and students

• Engage in fundraising and development activities to support the college's mission

Requirements:

- (Nursing) with Ph.D. in Nursing

• Minimum 10 years of experience in nursing education and administration

• Strong academic and clinical background in nursing

• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills

• Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions

• Strong network and relationships with healthcare industry partners and stakeholders

• Familiarity with RGUHS norms and regulations

• Experience with budget management and resource allocation

• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
