**Account Health & RP Case Management**:
Daily monitoring of account health and RP cases; remove relevant products, appeal cases, and work to resolve maximum RP issues to achieve daily targets.

**Hold & Attention List Management**:
Review and act on daily hold and attention lists, addressing issues promptly to minimize cases and maintain smooth account operations.

**Order Tracking**:
Track orders to ensure OTDR (On-Time Delivery Rate) and VTR (Valid Tracking Rate) are not impacted, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

**Coordination with account manager**:
Collaborate with the Account Manager to manage account health and resolve account-related issues and work on the assigned accounts.

**Inventory & Listing Coordination**:
Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate product listings and timely updates.

**Commission Updates & Duty Checks**:
Perform monthly updates to commission structures and regularly check duties and compliance for each country.
