Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Model Creation: Develop a scalable and replicable franchise model for the business. This involves defining standard operating procedures, setting up training programs, and ensuring consistency in operations across all locations.
Franchise Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchisees, ensuring they adhere to the company’s standards and best practices.
Legal Framework: Work with legal experts to create franchise agreements, ensuring all regulations and laws are adhered to.
Investment & Financial Strategy:
Fundraising: Act as a key player in raising capital to support franchise expansion, whether through venture capital, private equity, or other funding sources.
Financial Planning: Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for both the startup and franchise network.
Profitability Models: Develop profitable franchise pricing and royalty structures that align with the company’s financial goals.
Business Development & Expansion:
Market Research: Identify high-potential markets for expansion and assess the competitive landscape.
Franchisee Acquisition: Attract potential franchisees, conduct due diligence, and ensure alignment with the brand's values and vision.
Brand Positioning: Strengthen the company’s brand, ensuring that franchisees are aligned with the core values and business practices.

Desired Skills: Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Knowledge of franchise law and business regulations.

Ready to Invest time and Money Experience in animal husbandry or agribusiness operations (optional) Financial acumen to manage investments, ROI, and profit margins. Ability to scale businesses and manage expansion. Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage franchise relationships and attract investors. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the growth of your startup through the franchise model, ensuring sustainable operations while maintaining a strong company culture.

Pay: ₹424,276.83 - ₹1,749,513.84 per year
