The role:

- MDM is well known for its high quality of service. As part of the Global Service Delivery Center we provide high quality service for every existing and future SWO subsidiary which uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV. With the data we provide worldwide accurate quotes can be provided and orders placed. The local sales organizations do not need to spend time on costly clarifications for items as the advanced web platform can display detailed article information.
- Besides the global quality service MDM provides it also supports every local subsidiary in creating local and regional items based on a SLA. We keep our promises and deliver on time in the quality expected and appreciated. We are always looking for new ways to improve data quality in our system.
- Data Analyst for Master Data Management team who would be responsible for Data cleansing/Analysis work for MDM team with in defined SLA. This role reports to MDM Team Leader/MDM Supervisor.
- Creating and verifying item data to maintain acceptable levels of data quality and integrity
- Update the global price list, item and price information.
- Provide support in the error handling process.
- Continuously drive on process improvement and adheres compliance to all SLAs and KPIs.
- Address any issues, questions and problems in accurate and timely manner
- Identify and correct data entry errors
- Interact with customers and other teams to obtain data requirements for new and existing Services.

What we need to see from you:

- Any Graduate
- 2-4 years of work experience.
- Working knowledge of SNC - Service Now or any other ticketing tool.
- Work Experience in SLA driven Work Environment.
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to meet Internal Customer driven deadlines (demanding hours requiring time management skills)
- Passion to continuously learn and grow
- Dedication to exceeding Internal Customer expectations
- Proactive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
