**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and coordinating with logistics to guarantee timely delivery.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt after-sales support to foster strong customer relationships.
- **Sales Documentation**: Maintain organized records of sales transactions, generate periodic sales reports, and ensure proper documentation is available for all sales activities.
- **Internal Coordination**: Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and other internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics), ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of any issues.
- **Meeting and Appointment Scheduling**: Arrange meetings, sales calls, and client appointments on behalf of the sales team, and ensure all relevant materials are prepared in advance.
- **Client Follow-ups**: Proactively follow up with clients on order statuses, feedback, and any pending payments, ensuring all client concerns are promptly addressed.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform and enhance the sales strategy.
- **CRM and Sales Tools Management**: Update and maintain CRM databases and other sales-related software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
