Email and Chat Support for International Clients

Mandatory Fields:
- Excellent English Communication is Compulsory as you will have to deal with International Clients (British Clients)

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, order status, and other related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the customer support system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring customer issues, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics, such as response time, first contact resolution, and customer feedback ratings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (written and spoken), especially those commonly used in the target international markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, as needed to support customers in different time zones.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
