Business Expansion Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Business Expansion Executive** to drive client growth through **call-based sales** of our **Google Ads and IT services**. This role focuses on outreach, consultation, and closing deals that contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to potential business clients
- Present tailored solutions around Google Ads and digital IT services
- Identify client needs and propose relevant paid marketing strategies
- Maintain CRM records and track sales progress
- Consistently meet monthly targets for conversions and expansions
**Requirements**:
- Experience in B2B or digital services sales
- Understanding of Google Ads and SEM-based campaigns
- Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Target-driven, self-starter mindset
