The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s accounts receivable process. This includes billing customers, tracking incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Management**:

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients based on sales and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- **Payment Tracking**:

- Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.
- Maintain up-to-date customer accounts.
- **Collections**:

- Work with customers to resolve payment issues or disputes.
- **Reconciliation**:

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy between ledger balances and customer records.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate regular accounts receivable aging reports for management.
- Provide insights and updates on collection efforts and outstanding balances.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth account management.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and legal regulations related to accounts receivable.

Pay: ₹357,315.82 - ₹513,265.19 per year
