Job Summary:The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.   1. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP software.
  • Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely follow-ups.
  1. Billing & Invoicing:
  • Prepare and verify vendor and client bills.
  • Track and record payments and receipts.
  • Ensure accuracy in bill submissions and supporting documentation.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Support audit requirements and provide necessary data.
  1. Taxation & Compliance:
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits.
  1. Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Support management in preparing budgets and cost analysis.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify variances from budgeted amounts.
  1. Coordination & Communication:
  • Liaise with project teams, vendors, and clients for financial clarifications.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with documentation during audits.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
