Position: “Collection Executive” or "Field Collection Executive" No Sales, No Target Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 1 years - 5 years Gender - Male / Female Education - 10th ,12th or Any Graduation in any stream JOB DESCRIPTION: Ø Monitor accounts on a daily basis Ø Identify outstanding account receivables Ø Investigate historical data for debts and bills Ø Take actions in order to encourage timely payments Ø Process payments and refunds Ø Resolve billing issues Ø Resolve customer credit issues Ø Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments Ø Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress Ø Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity **Skills**: - Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role - Excellent knowledge of billing procedures - Knowledge of various collection techniques - Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments - Working knowledge of MS Office and databases MS Excel - Knowledge of collection laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,117.63 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred)
