Job Title: Process Associate - Insurance Research and Appointment Setting

Location: Coimbatore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Process Associate - Insurance Research and Appointment Setting will be responsible for conducting insurance research, gathering relevant data, and scheduling appointments with clients or agents. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research on insurance policies, providers, and market trends.
- Assist clients or internal teams with gathering information for insurance processes.
- Schedule appointments between clients and insurance agents or service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with clients or agents to confirm appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless appointment setting and data flow.
- Ensure all information is processed in compliance with company guidelines and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management.
- Prior experience in insurance or appointment scheduling is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree and interest in customer service or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with insurance industry terminology.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
