**What we're looking for**: _Basic Qualifications_
- Proven track record of leading complex Enterprise IT projects, with particular focus on EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and PPM (Project portfolio management).
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 10+ years of combined IT Analyst, Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect experience.
- Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements and share learnings.
- Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, preferably in a lead role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership in partnering with external vendors and business partners on projects.
- Ability to lead on-shore/off-shore teams in multiple cross-functional initiatives toward goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems, which includes strong documentation skills.
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
- Finance acumen and project experience with Finance Technology - Hyperion Oracle, Planisware (PPM) SAP etc

**Project Specific Skills**:

- Have a good understanding of EPM and PPM Application end to end workflow, batch schedules, data and metadata management, metadata loads, Automate, Security, data transformations to Inbound and Outbound (Upstream and Downstream) systems.
- Should be able to bring automation and new ideas and propose transformative solutions in the EPM and PPM environments.
- Architect with deep knowledge of PPM (Planisware) and project management methodology, to lead the transformation of our PPM process.
- Design and validate a complex EPM and PPM architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.

Pay: ₹55.00 - ₹65.00 per hour
