**Job Description: Voice Process Executive / Customer Support - Health Care Services Work from Home**

We are seeking a skilled Voice Process Executive/Customer Support representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to health care services, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries related to health care services in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with accurate information related to health care services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints related to health care services to the customer's satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions related to health care services and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed customer service expectations and performance metrics related to health care services
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures related to health care services

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, preferably in the healthcare industry

**Salary 10 to 12k Per Month**
