As an Export Sales Executive for [Kuvam], you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international market presence. You will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial equipment to clients outside of the domestic market. Your primary goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
International Market Research:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential overseas markets, clients, and competitors.
Analyze market trends and opportunities to develop an effective sales strategy.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients and distributors in international markets.
Create and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively to potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure deals.
Export Documentation:
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Market Expansion Strategies:
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding market share in existing ones.
Trade Shows and Exhibitions:
Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and establish new business relationships.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all products meet international standards and quality requirements.
Comply with export laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in international sales and export of industrial equipment.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally when necessary.
Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation.
Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
