- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries, and following up on their sales inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a database of customer information for future reference.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to effectively communicate product updates to customers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Share market insights with the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2C Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2C sales is essential, preferably in a similar industry or product category. Even Freshers are allowed.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and deliver results in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers, listen actively, and articulate product features and benefits.
- Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of our products and effectively communicate them to potential customers.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates persistence, and possesses a strong drive to succeed.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
